These unauthorized individuals are using Scioto‘s name and logo without our permission in what we believe is an attempt to solicit up-front fees and obtain personally identifiable information from interested job seekers. Many of these communications have come through text messages, emails using a sciotobiosciencescareers.com email address (which is not a Scioto affiliated domain), chat rooms such as Google Hangouts, or apps such as Ring Central, Signal or similar apps.

Please know that Scioto Biosciences does not conduct interviews through the methods described above and does not charge candidates an advance fee of any kind (e.g., fees for purchasing equipment). Scioto also does not offer positions of employment without undergoing a thorough recruiting process. This includes meeting our candidates face-to-face or at least by video.
